Hi, my name is Robin and I’m a Licensed Esthetician based in Dallas, TX. I have almost 2 years of experience in full body speed waxing. I am currently offering a deal to all new clients where you will receive 20% off of 1 service. Some of my services are pre-combined and are displayed at the top of my service list. These services are given at a discounted rate and if you are a new client and book one of the pre-combined/combo services then you will receive 20% off of 1 of the higher priced services within that appointment. Ex: You book 'The Trinity' which consists of a brazilian, underarm, and stomach strip wax. The 20% discount will apply to the brazilian wax because it is priced the highest. Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide all our clients with excellent service in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have established the following cancellation/late policy to ensure all appointments are utilized and everyone's time is respected.
When booking your appointment you will be asked to pay a deposit that will be credited towards your appointment fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do this at least 2 hours before your appointment. Your deposit will be refunded or put towards a new appointment, per your request. If you provide less than 2 hours' notice or no-show, your deposit will be kept and will go towards your cancellation fee of 30% of the service.
There is a 7-minute grace period for each appointment. Arriving at your appointment past the 7-minute grace period will result in a $10 late fee. Also, if you are booked for more than 1 service we may only be able to complete part of the service depending on the amount of time remaining in the appointment. All sales are final.
